Time slot

A time slot represents a moment in time for an event that can be booked by a parent or caregiver.

For example, if a parent-teacher conferencing event is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm and each conference is 10 minutes long:

  • there are 12 time slots available for each staff member attending the event.
  • the first time slot is 3:00pm - 3:10pm.
  • the last time slot is 4:50pm - 5:00pm.
