Attendees

Parents and caregivers who sign up to your events are known as attendees. Each attendee can add students, which are used for their bookings.

Each event has its own set of attendees, and attendees are not shared between events.

Making bookings for an existing attendee

While attendees can change their own bookings under certain circumstances, if an attendee has contacted you and wants to make additional bookings:

  1. Click on Events in the main menu.
  2. Choose the event name from the list, and click Attendees.
  3. Find the attendee in the list.
  4. Click on the menu icon, and click Make additional bookings.

Removing an attendee

If an attendee needs to cancel all of their bookings:

  1. Click on Events in the main menu.
  2. Choose the event name from the list, and click Attendees.
  3. Find the attendee that needs to be cancelled.
  4. Click on the menu icon, and click Remove from event.

You'll be asked to confirm removing them from the event and send them a notification with an optional message.
