The Statistics section gives you real-time insights into how your event is performing. This helps you monitor engagement, identify busy periods, and manage staff workloads effectively.

Statistics are automatically refreshed every 10 minutes, so you’ll always have up-to-date information at your fingertips.

Total bookings and attendees​

See the overall number of bookings made for your event, along with the total number of attendees who have registered. This gives you a quick snapshot of overall participation.

View a breakdown of which event slots are in the highest demand. This helps you spot peak times and understand when parents and attendees prefer to book.

Staff booking percentages​

Track how each attending staff member's schedule is filling up. You’ll see what percentage of their available slots are already booked, which makes it easy to balance workloads.
