Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find an event code?

The event code is provided by your school or organization, and there may be multiple event codes depending on how they've set up their events.

If you don't have an event code or aren't sure what event code to use, your school or organization will be the best place to ask.

What information is needed to make my bookings?

You need to provide your name and the names of the students related to the bookings. This will be used by staff and shown on their timetables for the event.

If you choose to provide your email address, we'll email you a reminder before the event starts with your timetable.

How do I change my bookings?

You will have received an email from Parent Interviews confirming your registration for the event. This email contains a link to cancel or change your bookings.

Don't have an email or need a new one? You can request a new one which will contain a link for any upcoming events registered under your email address.

info

If the event has closed, or you didn't provide an email address when first signing up for an event, you'll need to contact your school or organization to change your bookings.

What happens if I haven't received an email?

  • Check your Junk or Spam folder to see if your email provider has delivered the email into one of those folders.
  • If you didn't provide an email address when signing up for an event, you will not receive any emails.
  • If you've previously unsubscribed from our emails or marked an email as spam, your email address is blocked and will not be sent any further emails.

If you're still not receiving emails or need to unblock your email address, contact our support team and we can take a closer look.

Who do I contact if I need help with my booking?

Your school or organization will be best placed to help you cancel or change your booking. Parent Interviews cannot directly help you with your bookings.

Do I need to bring anything to the event?

As a rough guide we recommend bringing a copy of your timetable or having it available on your smartphone. Your school or organization will let you know whether you need anything else, such as any recent reports or test results.

Why can't I book a particular time?

  • The time might've been booked by someone else and is now unavailable.
  • You might need to leave a time slot free before and after each of your bookings, so that you've got time to head to your next booking.
  • Your school or organization might have imposed restrictions on the number of bookings you can make.
