Change password

There are two methods for changing your account password depending on whether you're already signed into your account.

For staff only

If you're attending an event as a parent or caregiver, follow these instructions instead for regaining access to your bookings.

I don't have access to my account

If you don't have your current password and need a new one, you can request a new one from the sign-in page.

  1. Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot Your Password.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Wait for the password reset email to come through, and click the button within the email.
  4. Enter your new password.
tip

If you don't get an email within ten minutes, check your Junk or Spam folder, or contact our support team for further assistance.

I'm already signed in

To change your password when you're signed in to your account:

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Change password.
  3. Enter your new password.
