Booking limits
The attendee booking limit helps prevent people booking multiple time slots for a staff member, ensuring everyone gets a fair chance of seeing who they need to see.
The attendee booking limit is ignored when a booking is made by a staff member on behalf of an attendee.
Soft limit
A soft booking takes into account the number of students the attendee has added to their account. This is the default option for parent-teacher conferencing events.
Attendees will be able to make bookings up to the booking limit, times the number of students.
For example, a booking limit of one means an attendee with four students can make four bookings for each staff member.
Hard limit
A hard booking limit doesn't factor in the number of students added to their account.
For example, a booking limit of two means an attendee with four students can only make one booking for each staff member.
Restricted limit
A restricted booking limit ensures attendees can only make a certain number of bookings in total.
For example, a restricted booking limit of two means the attendee can only make two bookings in total.
