Billing
Your Parent Interviews subscription gives you unlimited access to manage your events and staff.
When you first sign up to Parent Interviews, you'll be given a seven day free trial to create an event and see whether Parent Interviews is suitable for your school. Before your trial is up, we'll email you with information on continuing your subscription.
Monthly vs yearly pricing
Parent Interviews offers either monthly or yearly pricing. Your plan can be switched using the Billing section within the Settings page, and will be reflected when your subscription is renewed.
- Yearly pricing offers more of a discount than monthly billing.
- Monthly pricing offers more flexibility if you only run one or two events a year.
When your subscription lapses
If you don't have a valid payment method attached to your account and opt not to renew your subscription before it ends, access to some areas in Parent Interviews are restricted:
- Staff will be prevented from logging into the web portal and will be prompted to contact their administrator.
- Administrators cannot create and manage their existing events, staff, or settings.
- Administrators cannot create bookings on behalf of parents and caregivers.
- Email reminders will not be sent.
The following areas are not restricted:
- Active events will continue to run as normal for parents and caregivers.
- Parents and caregivers are able to manage their events as per normal.
Financial Managers and Administrators can access the Billing section of the Settings page to renew their subscription if required.
If you find that your subscription is ending and you need a little more time to finish an active event, we can offer flexibility so that you can finish your event without having to renew your subscription for another month or year.
