Payment methods

Parent Interviews offers two methods of payment for starting or renewing your subscription.

Credit card

Paying for your subscription using a credit card is the recommended method of renewing your account. When you pay using credit card your account is instantly reactivated, giving your staff access to view their interviews and your administrators access to manage your events.

When you need to renew your subscription, or reactivate your account after a period of inactivity:

  1. Sign in as a Financial Manager or Administrator, and visit the Settings page.
  2. Visit the Billing section.
  3. Ensure your subscription interval is correct (yearly or monthly)
  4. Click the Pay using Credit Card button.
  5. You'll be prompted to enter your card details and be shown the amount you'll be charged for your subscription. Once your payment is successful, your account will be reactivated.

Staff that are already logged in may need to log out and back in for the changes to take effect.

Parent Interviews uses Stripe as a payment processor using tokenized payments, meaning your credit card details are not stored or transmitted using Parent Interviews for your security.

Invoice

You can generate an invoice for the amount payable of your subscription. This can be useful if your school isn't able to pay using a credit card.

  1. Sign in as a Financial Manager or Administrator, and visit the Settings page.
  2. Visit the Billing section.
  3. Ensure your subscription interval is correct (yearly or monthly)
  4. Click Pay using Invoice.
  5. Your invoice will start to download after a few seconds.

Your invoice will contain the deposit information needed for your subscription to be renewed.

Payment using an invoice may take several days to process and for your account to reactivate. If you require a faster turnaround or if your account needs to be reactivated urgently, please get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.

info

It's important that the reference listed at the bottom of the invoice is used as part of your transfer, so we can identify your payment with the invoice. Failure to do so may result in processing delays.

note

We no longer accept check or money order payments for subscription renewals.
